DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
FedEx is used for all international
shipments. If you would like your Nortel network equipment
shipped Internationally, please contact us at
sales@usedredback.com, and we will
work with you to make the proper payment and shipping
arrangements.
WHO IS USED TO SHIP DOMESTICALLY?
Items are shipped by FedEx or UPS for the
Continental US. Buyer is responsible for all duties & taxes for
International orders. Please contact your local government for
rates on duties & taxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE ORDERS?
In general, it takes 24 to 72 hours to process
your order before it ships (FedEx Ground Shipping) and depending
on your shipping address, it may takes about five days
before you receive your domestic orders.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All of our network equipment and accessories are shipped from our
warehouse in California. When appropriate, some products may be
drop shipped from our partners throughout the United States.
IS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Overnight shipping & insurance are
available. Please contact us for details. If you need expedited
shipping, please send an email to
sales@usedredback.com with your
shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in, and the
time frame you need to receive them. We will check stock and
email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS NOT IN STOCK?
We take great care in making sure that any
of our products listed for immediate sale are in stock and ready
to ship. In the event that your order is out of stock, we will
let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. You are
welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at
sales@usedredback.com. Please include
the product name and model number in your email.
